Every enquiry lands on one board, and the right caller gets it in seconds.
Leads from Google and Meta ads, website forms, landing pages and spreadsheet imports arrive in one list. Duplicates merge, DND numbers are flagged, and assignment rules hand each lead to a caller before it goes cold.

How it works
Lead Lists in three moves.
- 1
Connect your sources
Link Meta and Google lead forms, paste the website form webhook, or upload a CSV or Excel sheet.
- 2
Set assignment rules
Route by city, language, product, campaign or caller capacity. Rules run in order, top to bottom.
- 3
Callers see their queue
Each caller opens a queue sorted by freshness, priority and promised callback time.
What is included
Everything Lead Lists does on the floor.
Live ad lead sync
Meta and Google lead form submissions appear within a minute, with campaign, ad set and ad name attached.
Website and landing page forms
A webhook URL and a copy-paste snippet capture enquiries from any site builder or custom form.
Imports that check themselves
Upload CSV or Excel. Columns map automatically, bad numbers are flagged and duplicates are merged before import.
Assignment rules
Round-robin, weighted by caller capacity, or routed by city, language, product and source.
Lead stages you define
New, contacted, interested, visit booked, won, lost. Rename stages to match how your team talks.
Consent and DND flags
Every lead keeps its source and consent record. DND-registered numbers are marked before anyone dials.
Speed to first call
Fresh leads go to the top of the queue, not the bottom of a sheet.
An enquiry that gets a call in five minutes behaves very differently from one that waits until the next day. Lead Lists puts new enquiries at the top of the right caller's queue and shows managers which leads are still waiting for a first call.
- First-call timer on every new lead
- Untouched-lead alerts to the team manager
- Reassign in bulk when a caller is on leave
- Custom fields such as course, budget, location or policy type
On real floors
How teams use Lead Lists.
Education
Admission enquiries from Meta ads routed to counsellors by course and preferred language.
Real estate
Portal and website leads split by project and locality, with duplicate buyers merged.
Insurance and loans
Policy and loan enquiries routed to licensed callers for that product line.
D2C brands
Cash-on-delivery orders and abandoned carts pushed in for confirmation calls.
Questions
About Lead Lists
01Do you sell or provide lead lists?
No. Swha33 works with your own enquiries: people who filled your forms, replied to your ads or are already your customers.
02Which ad platforms connect directly?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms and Google Ads lead forms connect directly. Other sources connect through a webhook or a sheet import.
03How are duplicates handled?
Leads are matched on mobile number. A repeat enquiry is merged into the existing lead, keeps its history and is flagged as a re-enquiry.
04Can we add our own fields?
Yes. Add text, number, date and dropdown fields such as course, budget or rooftop size, and use them in assignment rules.
